Week Three – The #OneGrandFamilyChallenge

We are heading into Week 3 of the challenge and I am attempting to balance out my more expensive ingredients with more cost effective meals on other days. Monday’s Lentil Quesadillas is balancing out Fridays Prawn Thai Curry for instance.

Rolling over ingredients from previous weeks, such as the wasabi, is adding more flavor to my meals. The girls are also getting used to snacking on fruit and veggies which is a lovely healthy spin off.
